No one was helping people understand how to take back control. Or at best, they were given vague advice like “just lose some weight” as if that’s all that mattered, or like they hadn’t already been trying.
This programme is designed to change that. It gives you the tools, structure, and support to feel fully alive and thriving - all while living your real life.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll start shifting your mindset and building your healthy new lifestyle, piece by piece, in a way that actually lasts.
Week 1 - Feel Good Dailys: Your foundation habits
Kick things off by implementing your Feel Good Dailys - easy 5-minute daily actions designed to build momentum and consistency. These low-effort habits raise your baseline and are the foundation for real change.
Week 2 - Real food, made simple
You’ll learn my simple food pyramid - an easy way to truly understand what you’re eating, what helps, and what hinders. No calorie counting or confusion. You’ll start adding more of the right foods into your meals in a way that feels doable, not restrictive.
Week 3 - The Movement Mindset Shift
Exercise is hands-down one of the most underrated tools for improving energy and bodily pains - and it doesn’t have to mean joining a gym (unless you want to!).
You’ll learn how to bring more movement into your day, and you’ll set up your own Action Accumulator: my method for building your exercise consistency with clarity and confidence. No all-or-nothing goals setting you up to fail.
Even if you’ve never been active before, I’ve coached plenty of people who thought they “just weren’t exercisers” into becoming enthusiastic movers.
Week 4 - Tackling the Tricky Stuff
By now, you’ve started increasing the quality of your food. This week, we’ll look at how to reduce the things you know aren't helping; like mindless snacks, cravings, and those evening munchies that creep in when you're tired, stressed or just because they're habit. We’ll explore strategies that actually work in real life - not just tell you to have more willpower.
Week 5 – The Power of Strength Training
You don’t need to become a bodybuilder - but your muscles matter.
Strong, active muscles support your metabolism, hormone balance, energy, and long-term mobility. They’re key to keeping your body working with you as you age.
Modern life doesn’t give your muscles what they need - so now we have to do it on purpose. This week, you’ll learn simple ways to start building strength, even if the gym’s not your thing.
Week 6 - Build your Conscious Eating Plan
To wrap it all up, you’ll bring together everything you’ve learned about food and create your own Conscious Eating Plan - a personalised way of eating that’s flexible, supportive, and sustainable. No obsessing. No endless tracking. Just a clear, confident approach to eating that fits your life - and adapts as it changes.

Health Turnaround isn't about putting your life on hold to sort out your health. That approach will never be sustainable.
I'll help you navigate and adjust what you need to for real life.
These are the times you need the support the most right? If you can get your health moving in the right direction around holidays, being busy at work, family illness, you've got it sussed.
If you wait until the perfect 6 week window, how do you know it won't all fall apart at the first hurdle?
In the T2 Turnaround, you’ll build the knowledge and skills to confidently plan your own meals, without relying on rigid prescriptions.
I don’t provide set meal plans, because it’s a bit like the “give a man a fish vs. teach a man to fish” analogy. My goal is to help you understand what works for your body and lifestyle, not just follow a generic plan that might work for now but leave you stuck later.
If you’ve ever followed a slimming club plan that worked short-term but left you lost in the long run - this is why this is different.
But don’t worry, you won’t be left to figure it out alone. You'll be guided, we'll brainstorm, you can get feedback every step of the way.
By the end of the coaching, you’ll have created your own Conscious Eating Plan. Designed by you, for you, and flexible enough to adapt to whatever life throws your way. You’ll come away with far more than just a meal plan.
I'm so glad you're thinking long term, because the Health Turnaround is specifically designed for the person who knows they want to live in a different way that supports their health, not just get on the next plan.
You can learn a lot in 6 weeks and set yourself up heading in the right direction. But you're right to wonder if 6 weeks is all the support you'll need to really change your life and get the results you want.
In my experience, most people get the best results - and feel fully confident in their new habits - by staying in the programme for around 6 to 12 months. It clicks faster for some, but that’s the average.
But I also know a 6-month commitment can feel like a lot up front. And I don’t want that to stop you from getting started.
So after your first 6 weeks, you’ll have the option to keep going with coaching on a month-by-month basis (currently £65/month). That way, you’ve had a proper chance to see how it works and whether it’s a good fit - and you’re choosing to stay because it feels right, not just because you’ve already paid.
